The main reason we decided to use non-pressure roof cleaning "same pressure as the garden hose" sometimes called chemical cleaning, is due to safety, for both our clients and us, just placing the ladder around the house we minimizes walking and time on the roof, this way we decrease the risk of broken or damaged tiles. The other main reason is long-lasting results, roofs cleaned this way have been proven to stay clean for a longer period of time.
